What absorbency level do I need?
Absorbency refers to the amount of liquid a product can hold. The absorbency level depends on the type of product. On each individual product page we list absorbency levels. Reusable Underwear, Waterproof Sheeting, Wash & Cream and Wipes do not have absorbency classifications.
What is Time Release Polymer?
Total Dry products are engineered with an unique time release of Superabsorbent Polymers (SAPs), a powdery chemical in the core layers that absorbs liquid, pulling it away from the skin and turning it into gel. It can absorb over 300 times its weight in water!
Why should I choose Total Dry over another brand?

What are the different product sizes?
The product size depends on the type of product. On each individual product page we list the following:
Length dimensions for Pads, Guards and Boost Ups.
Waist dimensions for Fitted Briefs and Protective Underwear.
Length and width for Underpads and Reusable Waterproof Sheeting.
Waist or hip dimensions for the Reusable Pants.
I have used protective underwear but i still need more protection, what can I do?
Total Dry Boost-Ups are designed to be used inside Protective Underwear and Briefs. They can significantly increase the absorbency, extending the wear time of these products during the day and reducing leakage during the night.
How do I know your unisex products will work for me?
Some companies claim to make different products for men and women. Our products are designed to work with a variety of body types. We provide different lengths and shapes in our Pads, Liners and Boosters. Our Briefs and Underwear offer front, between the legs and back protection for both men and women.
Why can't I buy Total Dry products at a local retailer?
Total Dry mission is to deliver the highest quality at the lowest price. Selling through retailers creates added costs to consumers. Plus, for years, we focused on supplying healthcare organizations, medical supply companies and senior living communities. Hospitals and other healthcare organizations need the best supplies to provide the best care. Our products have been tested in the most challenging situations and prove to be effective in reducing health risks while keeping individuals dry and comfortable. Today, we want to bring this level of care to the home.
How do I order samples?
We offer one free sample kit, using the form on the "Free Samples" page. Additional samples can be purchased for a low delivered cost on the specific product pages.
ORDERING & RETURNS
Are Total Dry product FSA & HSA Eligible?
Yes, our products can be purchase with a Flexible Savings Account or Health Savings Account card at checkout.
What is your returns and Exchanges policy?
Upon receipt of your order, please check your purchases carefully. Verify that the size and style is what you ordered. If SPCP, LLC has made an error, we will correct our error as quickly as possible at no additional charge to you.
Please make note of these simple guidelines:
All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of product. For health and sanitary safety, no open packages may be returned. The "customer" will be responsible for the shipping back to our warehouse. Your refund will be processed after the cost of shipping and a 25% re-stocking fee have been deducted. Your exchange will be processed after we receive the original order in our warehouse and depending on the reason for the exchange a re-stocking fee up to 25% could be applied. You must contact us prior to sending back a return for refund, or return for exchange. We will issue you a return authorization number (RA) that must appear on the outside of the return box. We cannot accept shipments that do not have an RA numbers listed on the box. If a damaged and/or defective product is returned without a return authorization code (RA), the customer will not be eligible to receive a replacement or refund.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment:
Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
PayPal: We gladly accept PayPal payments. To pay by PayPal you must have a PayPal account.
Money Orders: Yes, however your order will not ship until the money order is received.

I don't want to order over the internet, can I still place an order?
You certainly can! You can give us a call at 1 (866) 440-0049 to have one of our friendly customer service representatives help you place an order. You can also go through the order process online then choose "Money Order" when going through the checkout process. You will then be directed to print out an online invoice and mail it to us with a money order/cashier's check (no cash) for the total order amount. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process orders as soon as we receive them during normal business hours (PT) Monday-Friday! If your bag/case order using FREE SHIPPING or FedEx expedited options arrives before 2:00 pm Pacific Time, we'll ship out the order the same day. FREE SHIPPING sample orders and bag/case orders using USPS expedited options might not ship out the same day depending on when you order. Do you always offer free shipping?
We do offer FREE SHIPPING on every order of $50 or more, via FedEx Ground and GSO (Bags & Cases) and USPS (Samples) throughout the continental United States. We also offer expedited options as well for an additional charge.
Can I setup a recurring order?
Yes, you can select an order to auto-ship during the checkout process.
Is my account saved so I can see my product order history?
Yes, you can access your account in the top, right corner of the webpage. You can see your order history, update your profile and quickly reorder your favorite products.
