We accept the following methods of payment:

Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

PayPal: We gladly accept PayPal payments. To pay by PayPal you must have a PayPal account.

Money Orders: Yes, however your order will not ship until the money order is received.

The absorbency level depends on the type of product. On each individual product page, category page and catalog page, we list absorbency statistics across the nine product categories. The Reusable Pants and Reusable Waterproof Sheeting do not have absorbency classifications.

Yes, you can select for an order to recur during the checkout process.

You certainly can! Our will call hours are from 12:00PM PT to 4:00PM PT Monday-Friday. Will call is closed during the holidays. Please leave a note in the comment section of your order about the day/time you plan to stop by. A cashier's check, money order or CC/DC/PayPal payment on the website WILL be accepted. *CASH will not be accepted*
You can place a secure order from our TotalDry online store. Once you setup an account via our secure interface, you can place an order for any of our TotalDry products.
Your security is very important to us, and we handle all data as securely as we can. For all orders taken via our Website, we ask for credit cards information using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection - the highest standard for the web. We constantly use third party services to verify our e-commerce security. We utilize PayPal and Braintree for processing our financial data, and our website is secured by standard SSL security certificate - all are very trusted names in e-commerce. You can and should ensure that you're shopping securely by checking to see the HTTPS in the address bar of our shopping cart pages. You certainly can! You can give us a call at 1 (866) 440-0049 to have one of our friendly customer service representatives help you place an order. You can also go through the order process online then choose "Money Order" when going through the checkout process. You will then be directed to print out an online invoice and mail it to us with a money order/cashier's check (no cash) for the total order amount. We process orders as soon as we receive them during normal business hours (PT) Monday-Friday! If your bag/case order using FREE SHIPPING or FedEx expedited options arrives before 2:00 pm Pacific Time, we'll ship out the order the same day. FREE SHIPPING sample orders and bag/case orders using USPS expedited options might not ship out the same day depending on when you order. All FREE SHIPPING case and bag orders are currently being shipped FedEx Ground and GSO, see our Shipping and Returns page for more information and faster shipping options and any other shipping and returns related question!
"TotalDry" will be displayed on your credit card statement and PayPal statement.

The product size depends on the type of product. On each individual product page, category page and catalog page, we list the following:

  • Length dimensions for Pads, Liners, Boost Ups and Boosters
  • Waist dimensions for Fitted Briefs and Protective Underwear
  • Length and width for Underpads and Reusable Waterproof Sheeting
  • Waist or hip dimensions for the Reusable Pants

Each person is different and that is why we offer a wide range of products to suite each and every need! Light, moderate and heavy absorbency products can be found across our nine product categories. On each product page, we clearly list the absorbency statics and sizing of each product so you know exactly what you are getting. We offer samples for every product as well so you can try them out before you buy bags or cases.

At the moment, we do not accept HSA cards. We do accept credit cards, PayPal, cashiers checks and money orders.

We do offer FREE SHIPPING on every order via FedEx Ground and GSO (Bags & Cases) and USPS (Samples) throughout the continental United States. We do offer expedited options as well for an additional charge.
